Custom Training Aids
Training cutaway displays are available for all mechanical components regardless of size or complexity. Students benifit from seeing the internal parts that are cut to show their interacion with related parts. Parts are colored to reference many manufactures wall charts and your training materials. Electrical testing and mechanical operation of these components is available where practical. Our designers will work to fabricate a custom cutaway to suit individual training needs.
Alternator cutaway gives instructors and students a hands on approach to visualizing the internal componets of an alternator. The housing is cut to give the students a visual of all internal compoents, however, the stator is only cut enough to allow students to visualize the rotor which is still able to rotate within the stator.
