Custom Training Aids
Drive axle complete training aid allows instructor to train on drive axle and all components. Display is compact in design allowing for an unobstructed view of drive axle and components. Instructor is able to train on wheel end including wheel hub, bearings, drive axle, and brake system components. Differential housing can be cutaway for an unobstructed view of differential internal components. System is fully functional and requires only shop air supply. Unit comes equipped with central mounted tool tray and all necessary valves.
Dana drive axle with combination s-cam and disc foundation brake. Under instructor supervision students are able to test, diagnose, disassemble, repair, and reassemble all axle and brake componets in a classroom environment. Unit is compact allowing unobstructed view of all components. This training aid gives students the skills required to both efficiently diagnose wheel end and axle problems as well as reduce out of service times due to knowledge of brake systems. Unit is desgined around customer specifications and comes equipped with central mounted tool tray and all necessary air valves.
